Welcome to Sa – School of Singing, Pakistan’s first dedicated online singing training school, officially registered as Sa – School of Singing (SMC-Private) Limited. By accessing our website, enrolling in our programs or participating in any of our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Eligibility and Enrollment:

Enrollment is open to individuals from all backgrounds and nationalities. However, since our foundation course is rooted in Eastern Classical Music and conducted in English/Urdu, we recommend it for learners aged 14 and above who are comfortable with the languages and genuinely interested in exploring this tradition.

Enrollment is considered complete only upon submission of the official enrollment form and receipt of full or initial fee payment.

Admission to the course depends on availability. The school can limit or refuse enrollment if the class is full or for other management reasons.

Course Offerings and Delivery:

We currently offer a Foundational Course rooted in Eastern Classical Music, tailored for beginners.

All classes are delivered exclusively online via secure video conferencing platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.

Students will receive class schedules in advance via email or WhatsApp, based on their registered contact information.

Course Completion Timeframe:

Our Foundation Course is thoughtfully designed to be completed in approximately 6 months with consistent practice, passion and dedication. However, we understand that everyone learns at their own pace. That’s why we allow up to 12 months of access to complete the course, giving you the flexibility to grow your voice without pressure. Your progress is closely tied to how consistently you practice and stay focused. Without regular effort, it may take longer to complete the course or delay the results you’re aiming for. If more time is needed after 1-year, special approval may be required.

Fees and Payment Terms:

Students may choose from the following fee payment plans:

• Monthly payment plan
• Quarterly payment plan (every 3 months)
• One-time full payment

All fees are non-refundable, except in the event that classes are cancelled by the school.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access to classes until the outstanding balance is cleared.

Discontinuation & Notice Policy:

If a student wishes to discontinue the course before completion, a mandatory one (1) month advance notice must be provided.

If the required advance notice is not provided, the fee for one month will remain payable, regardless of attendance.

Class Attendance and Conduct:

Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes punctually and consistently.

If a student is unable to attend a class, advance notice is required. While make-up sessions are not guaranteed, they may be arranged at the school’s discretion.

Any form of disruptive, disrespectful or inappropriate behavior during classes may result in immediate dismissal from the course without refund.

Intellectual Property and Use of Course Materials:

All course materials such as class recordings, exercises, vocal techniques and additional content are the exclusive intellectual property of Sa – School of Singing.

Students are strictly prohibited from recording, reproducing, distributing or sharing any course content without the school’s prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use or distribution may result in legal action and/or immediate termination of enrollment.

Monthly Live Q&A Sessions:

A live Q&A session is held at the end of each month for currently enrolled students.

These sessions provide an opportunity for students to address learning challenges, clarify course content and receive personalized feedback from instructors.

Technical Requirements:

Students are responsible for ensuring they have:

• A stable internet connection
• A suitable device for online learning (e.g. laptop, tablet or smartphone)

The school shall not be held responsible for interrupted class access or learning disruptions caused by technical issues on the student’s end.

Privacy and Data Protection:

All personal information provided by students will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The school does not sell, trade or disclose personal data to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Enrollment:

Sa – School of Singing reserves the right to:

• Refuse enrollment to any applicant for administrative, ethical or disciplinary reasons

Suspend or cancel a student’s access to classes due to:

• Violation of any of the above policies
• Non-compliance with payment terms
• Misconduct or disruption during class sessions

Such actions will be taken at the school’s sole discretion and may occur without entitlement to a refund.

Modifications to Terms:

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time to reflect operational, legal or educational changes.

All updates will be published on our website and/or communicated via registered email or WhatsApp.

Continued enrollment or usage of the school’s services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
